Happy’s is developing a Houston-based network designed to make it easier to coordinate responsible help for animals in need. The idea is to connect finders, fosters, animal-welfare organizations, veterinary professionals, transport support, adopters, and other community resources without requiring every person to solve every part of a case alone.
We are currently building the network, speaking with Houston animal-welfare professionals, and developing the operating standards that will guide future cases.

Before launching the Foster Network, Happy’s is speaking with Houston veterinarians, foster organizations, rescue groups, community-cat/TNVR organizations, animal-service providers, experienced fosters, and people who care about animals but have chosen not to foster.
Those conversations will help determine which problems Happy’s should solve, which services should remain with existing specialists, and where better coordination could genuinely increase the number of animals receiving responsible help.
Future case format
The Happy’s Foster Network is currently in development. Happy’s does not presently operate an animal shelter, provide veterinary care, guarantee foster or adoption placement, or offer emergency-response services through this page. Future programs, partnerships, screening standards, financial assistance, transportation services, and placement procedures remain subject to operational, legal, veterinary, insurance, and other professional review before launch.
