Safety reporting

Reports should never become public posts.

Reporter details, allegations, location information, and internal safety notes must be restricted to authorized reviewers. Happy's should not make legal determinations or automatically publish accusations.

If a person or animal is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency, veterinary, animal-control, or law-enforcement resource.
